Blue Flow Retreat

Yoga & sailing in Greece for women & men with purpose

with Jessica Dietterich | Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Instructor

Back into your flow

24.05. to 30.05.2026

A week at sea to feel free, light and alive again.

Experience authentic, embodied connection with yourself, with like-minded people, and with nature. Let vibrant, nourishing moments unfold that feed your energy and guide your way forward.

Now it's your turn

Flow, depth, joy

An exclusive yoga and sailing retreat for just six women and men who give a lot, hold space and feel: now it’s my turn.

Let go of any obligations or roles and immerse yourself in flow, depth, joy, silence, laughter and the present – just for you.

People

For six space holders between the ages of 30 and 60+, young at heart, curious, and adventurous. For women and men with purpose who give a lot, hold space, and want to consciously give themselves space again, supported by connection and like-mindedness.

Nights

From 24 to 30 May 2026, we’ll share life on our sailing boat Phoebe with six participants, our skipper, and me. We depart from and return to the harbour of Lefkada, leaving everyday life behind as we step into a slower, shared rhythm at sea.

Boat

Phoebe is a spacious sailing boat with five cabins, three washrooms, a kitchen and a cosy saloon. On deck, seating and sunbathing areas invite you to rest – your floating home in the Ionian Sea.

Islands

We sail through the Ionian Sea and exploring six Greek islands: Lefkada, Meganisi, Kastos, Atokos, Ithaki and Kefalonia. We anchor in quiet bays or intimate, authentic harbours, letting the rhythm of the sea guide our days.

Yoga

Every morning starts with a 90-minute Vinyasa & Yin practice – flowing, grounding, and energising. We move in Greek nature, beneath olive trees or right by the water, letting breath and movement set the tone for the day.

Transformation through joy in the present moment

Purpose does not arise from constant activity. It becomes noticeable in being. In pausing. In letting go of control. In remembering why you set out in the first place. Blue Flow Retreat gives you this space to consciously take a nourishing and playful break from activity – with joy, lightness and softness.

There is more. More depth. More joy. More vitality.

Something inside you feels a longing for...

... pure joy that touches you again

You don’t want to “optimise” or force joy, lightness and vitality. You long to experience them again and embody them in such a way that they can accompany you in your everyday life.

... a pause that goes deeper than rest

You want a break that is more than just sleeping in and switching off. One that aligns you internally. Where you can feel what you are striving for again and not only gather new energy, but also meaning, clarity and inner peace.

... me-time & self-care

Giving has become a habit for you. You make plenty of room for others – for customers, your team, your family, your fellow human beings. You lead, accompany and support. And a part of you whispers quietly – sometimes loudly: Now it’s my turn again.

... connection to your purpose

You know there is something inside you. But between responsibilities, everyday roles and to-do lists, the connection to your purpose feels muted. You long for inner alignment and confidence instead of constantly functioning on autopilot.

... genuine connection with personalities like you

You want to be part of a community of women and men who see you as a whole person, without masks or explanations. A space where you don’t have to explain yourself, perform or be strong. Where you can be yourself with everything that moves and touches you: I am not alone.

Vibrant moments that nourish you

Yoga that touches

In the morning, you’re invited into a 90-minute yoga practice on land, surrounded by lemon trees, water, and wind — gentle and powerful, playful and poetic, blending Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

Vinyasa brings energy and joy; Yin offers stillness and a deep sense of arrival. Guided meditations and pranayama support you in reconnecting with your inner lightness.

Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike, every movement and every breath invites you to explore yourself — to play at your own pace and fully arrive in the present moment. Just as our boat glides across the water, thoughts, sensations, and emotions are free to move — dance, let go, and find your flow.

The yoga practice is the heart of the Blue Flow Retreat. It reconnects you with yourself, your body, and your inner light. It guides you gently and with joy through this special week and beyond.

Flow with the water

Sailing that moves

With our experienced skipper Ilias, you will immerse yourself in the world of sailing. You can take the helm yourself, help set the sails or simply let the wind and water carry you away while enjoying the vastness of the Ionian Sea.

We sail from island to island – Lefkada, Meganisi, Kastos, Atokos, Ithaki and Kefalonia – and discover quiet bays, small authentic harbours and paradisiacal beaches. Perhaps dolphins will accompany us on our way, the view of the horizon will give us new perspectives and a feeling of boundless freedom.

The route is flexible and adapts to the wind, the weather and the group dynamics – just as we let ourselves drift with the flow, let go and enjoy the moments. Sailing thus becomes an adventure full of lightness, playfulness and joy that inspires you to consciously choose your own direction – on the water and in life.

What it's really about

It is the sense of flow and quiet joy that carries us through this retreat, gently reminding us of our own aliveness. The movement of the water whispers that everything is in motion — thoughts, sensations, emotions. The wind guides our boat, our bodies, and our inner landscapes toward new horizons. Yoga deepens this inner journey; like the ocean beneath us, it offers stillness and ancient wisdom.

Carried by lightness and joy

A day at the Blue Flow Retreat

Each day follows a natural rhythm of stillness, movement, connection and joy rather than a rigid schedule. We leave space for whatever wants to emerge – supported by community, the sea and the flow of life.

Early Morning · Arrival & Alignment

The day begins in noble silence – without words, completely at peace with yourself. A 90-minute yoga practice opens your body, mind and heart. Afterwards, me-time gives you space to reflect, write and just be – with inspiring journaling prompts.

Late Morning · Connection & Expansiveness

shared vegetarian breakfast on the boat and a sharing circle create a sense of connection – honest, light-hearted and appreciative. Then we set sail for new shores and new adventures.

Noon · Fun & enjoyment

From one paradise to the next, there is time for swimming, snorkelling, SUP, sunbathing, jumping off the boat or simply letting your gaze wander over the horizon. A light, fresh, vegetarian lunch on the boat – surrounded by Greek nature and turquoise blue water.

Late Morning · Connection & Expansiveness

shared vegetarian breakfast on the boat and a sharing circle create a sense of connection – honest, light-hearted and appreciative. Then we set sail for new shores and new adventures.

Evening · Integration & Letting Go

In the early evening, we return to land and turn our attention inward: Yin Yoga, meditation, pranayama, rituals or walks help you to integrate the day and let go. Dinner in the harbour rounds off the day in a delightful way – sometimes quietly, sometimes with many joyful moments.

Shared rituals

An opening ceremony at the beginning and a closing ceremony at the end provide a wonderful framework for the week and make it a conscious journey – for you and your path.

What Space Holders took away

Voices from the flow

Bianca

Three years ago, I went on my first retreat with Jess – and I still draw on that experience today. A whole week away from everyday life, immersed in the sea, the wind, movement and conscious being.

Jess is a wonderfully empathetic and competent yoga teacher. She responds to participants on a very individual level and creates a space where you feel safe, seen and supported.

Our skipper Ilias also spoiled us with fresh, healthy meals. Combined with the beautiful surroundings, the Greek bays, the friendly people, the comfortable sailing ship and the seemingly endless positive energy, it was a week of true letting go – pure balm for the soul.

Even three years later, I still remember this retreat fondly and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to combine yoga, the sea and genuine relaxation.

Claudia

It was incredibly liberating to finally be able to let go and leave everyday life completely behind. After just a short time, I felt a space opening up, allowing me to simply be in the moment. Jess played a big part in this.

With her warm, loving nature, Jess creates a space where you immediately feel comfortable and supported. Yoga and her personality combine so naturally that you feel reconnected with yourself.

Together on the sea, far away from stress and obligations, a small, safe world full of peace, lightness and new energy emerges. Everything is lovingly organised and at the same time completely free – you can just be.

If I may give some advice to anyone thinking about taking this trip: do it for yourselves. Trust that Jess will take you on an experience that will touch and strengthen you in a lasting way!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Jess, for this wonderful experience and for all the moments that will stay with me for a long time to come.

♥️

What a magical journey – my journey to myself!
I AM STILL IN THE FLOW, and when I tell my friends about this trip, even months later, my eyes still light up and shine.

Those days with the wonderful yoga and meditation sessions inspired me and helped me move forward in my life.

The boat, our skipper Elias, the good food, my ME times, the sea, the sun, the great girls – just brilliant. No comparisons, just acceptance. Reflecting on my life, looking inside myself and finding new things, letting go of old things – it was all painful, but I was never alone and was supported and comforted by everyone. We laughed and cried together and were there for each other. I felt sooooo comfortable.

Thank you so much, dear Jessy! And thank you to everyone who was there and made this week a very special retreat. Really – a magical journey!

You are ALL my angels!

Kiki

Wow, my dear friends, it’s a little hard to fly home to my little world. Your closeness, your attention and the friendly looks you gave me during these wonderful days did me so much good. It’s been a long time since I laughed so much and was able to surrender myself to the joy, the warmth of wonderful women and the wonder of nature. It is such a gift that you have all opened your hearts.

You are ALL my angels!

Desy

I have learned to be more mindful of myself, to be braver and to appreciate my differences – they make me unique and are an important step on the path to self-love.

This magical connection to Mother Earth, the elements and the universe is difficult to put into words – I felt it deep in my heart. My heart is filled with love, warmth and wonderful memories. After my return, I was often asked how content, balanced and happy I seemed. And I could only confirm that: I never want to let go of this feeling again.

The retreat is a special opportunity to connect with nature and ourselves. Immersing ourselves in the flow of life and letting ourselves drift with confidence – that is exactly what Jess made possible for us with her gift.

Krysia

I would like to thank you for making me feel so welcome.

The sessions were delivered in English and poses were adapted to each person’s individual abilities.

It is a wonderful experience to do yoga out in the fresh air, under lemon trees or pines depending on where the boat had anchored. The Yoga programme followed the Chinese principle of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water. Each day focused on one of the elements and was followed by questions to ponder on during the day. This stimulated many interesting and deep conversations and hence lasting friendships. Also, being on the boat most of the day, surrounded by sea energies really enhanced the whole experience.

Being on a boat and travelling to different Ionian islands added a beautiful, extra dimension to the whole trip.

I would love to bring my daughter with me next year!

Meet Phoebe

Our floating home

For six nights, Phoebe will be our home on the water – a place that carries us, rocks us and gently keeps us flowing. A sailing boat that combines movement and tranquillity, security and freedom at the same time – where life becomes easier for a moment.

On board, there are three double cabins and two cabins with bunk beds, plus three bathrooms. A total of eight of us will share this floating home – six participants, the skipper Ilias and me, Jessica.

If you are travelling with a companion, you can share a cabin. If you are travelling alone, I will make sure that you find a suitable cabin mate in advance.

On deck, you will find plenty of space to relax: shaded seating areas, sunny sunbathing areas, space to read, doze, chat or simply gaze out at the sea.

About me - Jessica

I am Jessica Dietterich, yoga teacher, space holder and passionate adventurer. Humorous, curious and empathetic, I love to make connection tangible – with myself, with others and with nature.

I have been practising yoga and meditation since 2015. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa training with Meghan Currie in Bali in 2019, supplemented by in-depth training in Yin Yoga (300+ hours) with Helga Baumgartner, including two stays in an ashram in India.

With the Blue Flow Retreat, I combine the practice of yoga with the adventure of sailing, which leads to many wonderful, vibrant moments. I consider this experience to be especially meaningful for women and men with purpose. Let this journey nourish you, find peace, reconnect with yourself and experience new vitality – carried by lightness, appreciation, genuine connection and pure joy.

How Blue Flow feels

After the retreat, you will have ...

Lightness in body & heart

Your body becomes soft, your breathing free. You feel lighter because you are no longer holding on to anything. Tension can go, joy can flow again.

Flow instead of pressure

Days without obligations or organising. You follow the rhythm of the wind, water and your own pace. Thoughts come and go like waves. You are in harmony with yourself.

Connectedness & being supported

You feel seen, heard and held – by the group and by the sea. You can be yourself with everything that moves you, and nourishing encounters arise.

Joy & playful vitality

Laugh, dance, jump, be still. You remember what real life feels like: curious, free and alive. Here, you can be completely yourself, without any of the roles you play in everyday life.

Clarity & gentle alignment

Without pressure, space is created. Space for your inner knowledge and your purpose. Not as a goal, but as a feeling that guides you again and gives you clarity.

Lasting peace

You take something with you that stays with you: inner peace, little rituals, new confidence in yourself, new friendships and many moments of happiness. The feeling of ‘I am right – just as I am’ resonates within you.
