Choose your date for treating yourself: Barefoot on the beach, floating SUP yin yoga, then aboard the sailboat for meditation and ocean play.
Your escape: No phone to check, no list to finish, just a handful of hours that slow your mind and settle your nervous system. You’ll be home by evening, calmer than you’ve felt in months.
Slow down
For the always-on
A day for six people who never quite switch off and feel tired of handling things.
This day is for you: You’ll do nothing “useful” and everything that really matters. Rest on the moving water, breathe, experience connection and joy.
Here you’ll remember the feeling of enoughness.
Carried by lightness and joy
A day at sea to reset
This 1-day is a carefully curated ocean retreat for women & men who want to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. A day where nature, movement, stillness, and meaningful connection come together to create the feeling many of us are missing: enoughness.

Sail along the Sitges coast for about 4 hours and experience how the wind & waves ease you back into a state of flow. While on boat you will be guided with more mindfulnes practices.

12:00 pm · Meditation on the sea
Drop into a guided meditation finding your inner anchor followed by a guided journaling reflection to let go of your thoughts.

1:30 pm · Closing Circle
We close the day just like we started it, in a circle: a moment to land, share what moved you, and carry the calm home with you.
2:00 pm · Optional: Lunch in a restaurant
Stay for lunch at a nearby restaurant at the port of Sitges, where the day’s calm carries into good food & easy talk (own expense).
Between yoga, sailing, meditation, swimming, meaningful conversations, and moments of simple playfulness, the sea becomes a space to exhale and return to yourself. Choose a date:
About me - Jessica
I am Jessica Dietterich, yoga teacher, space holder and passionate adventurer. Humorous, curious and empathetic, I love to make connection tangible – with myself, with others and with nature.
I have been practising yoga and meditation since 2015. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa training with Meghan Currie in Bali in 2019, supplemented by in-depth training in Yin Yoga (300+ hours) with Helga Baumgartner, including two stays in an ashram in India.
With the Blue Flow Retreat, I combine the practice of yoga with the adventure of sailing, which leads to many wonderful, vibrant moments. I consider this experience to be especially meaningful for women and men with purpose. Let this journey nourish you, find peace, reconnect with yourself and experience new vitality – carried by lightness, appreciation, genuine connection and pure joy.

Voices from the flow
What it's really about
It is the sense of flow and quiet joy that carries us through this retreat, gently reminding us of our own aliveness. The movement of the water whispers that everything is in motion — thoughts, sensations, emotions. The wind guides our boat, our bodies, and our inner landscapes toward new horizons. Yoga deepens this inner journey; like the ocean beneath us, it offers stillness and ancient wisdom.
