for participation in the Blue Flow Day Retreat in Sitges (Spain)

1. Organiser

2. Application of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in the One-Day SUP Yoga Retreat in Sitges. By making a booking, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions as binding.
3. Description of the service
The Retreat is a one-day retreat (approximately 7:45–15:45 on the booked date) in Sitges, Spain, focusing on stand-up paddle (SUP) yoga, meditation and mindfulness, combined with a trip on a sailing boat. The retreat is offered on selected dates (27 June, 18 July and 29 August 2026).
The retreat is conducted in English.
The day includes the SUP yoga, meditation and mindfulness programme led by the organiser; the transfer from the beach to the sailing boat; time on the sailing boat including SUP; and healthy snacks and water.
The SUP equipment is provided by the external provider Nootka Kayak & SUP. The sailing boat is provided and skippered by an external skipper (Daniel), who assumes nautical responsibility. The organiser is not the provider of the SUP equipment or the sailing services.
4. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
Bookings are made through Calendly and Stripe.
The contract is binding once full payment has been received.
5. Prices and Terms of Payment
The price is €155 per person. Full payment is due upon booking and is made via Stripe.
6. Cancellation by the participant
Cancellations must be made in writing by email.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the retreat are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat.
- Participants may transfer their spot to another person at any time by notifying the organiser in advance.
It is strongly recommended that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
7. Cancellation by the organiser
The retreat will take place provided a minimum of 5 participants have registered.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the retreat for valid reasons (e.g. severe weather conditions, force majeure, or failure to reach the minimum number of participants).
In this case, the payment already made will be refunded in full or, by agreement, transferred to a future retreat date. No further claims may be made.
8. Changes to the itinerary
The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, content and route, particularly for reasons relating to the weather, organisational matters or group dynamics.
Such changes do not entitle participants to a price reduction or a refund.
9. Health & Personal Responsibility
Participation in the retreat is at your own risk.
The activities on offer (SUP yoga, meditation, mindfulness) do not constitute medical, therapeutic or curative treatment and are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care.
The participant confirms that she is physically and mentally capable of taking part in yoga, exercise, stand-up paddling and sailing activities, and that she is able to swim.
10. Liability
The Provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from a breach of duty caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable for breaches of material contractual obligations, and such liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages.
No liability is accepted for participants’ personal belongings.
The Provider accepts no liability for services provided by third parties (in particular Nootka Kayak & SUP and the external skipper).
11. Insurance
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health, accident and travel insurance, including repatriation where necessary.
12. Photographs, videos and audio recordings
During the retreat, photographs, videos and audio recordings may be taken by the organiser and by participants.
Participants agree that images and video footage in which they appear may be used by the organiser for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, newsletters).
Should a participant not agree to this, she must notify the organiser in writing before the start of the retreat.
13. Exclusion of participants
The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the retreat in the event of gross misconduct, a lack of consideration or a threat to the group. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.
14. Final provisions
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the provider’s registered office.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
